Hail to the king, baby! This is an interview with professional voice actor and radio presenter Jon St. John, famously known as the voice of Duke Nukem. After the release of two successful side-scrollers and a critically-acclaimed first-person shooter, Duke was an iconic character in the nineties. Even today, he’s an instantly recognizable character with his cool shades, cheesy one-liners, and oodles of wacky weapons to fry some alien scun with.
Jon talks about how he got into the radio business and voice acting for video games, his thoughts on the reception of the infamous Duke Nukem Forever, as well as the role he loathes the most. This 2014 interview with reuploaded two years later with improved audio.

The fun doesn’t stop there, though. Jon was kind enough to record some Duke promos for The Cyber Den, featuring the show’s main theme made by Lee Jackson, one of the original composers for Duke Nukem 3D!
