Dead in Bermuda is a survival game unlike any I’ve ever played. It’s a game that is quite a lot like Lost or Castaway, in that you have to take a group of survivors and help them survive through tasks on the island. There are a number of various people that are from different backgrounds, each of which have different strengths which you can put to good use to provide for your group.
Lots of tough decisions to make.
Good variety of different characters.
Large map to explore.
Penalties for doing tasks can be too large.
A little slow.
Dead in Bermuda is a game that surprised me. I, admittedly, hadn’t ever played a game akin to the TV series Lost, so I didn’t really know what to expect, but I definitely didn’t expect it to be quite as good as it is. There are a few pacing issues that you’ll have to grind your way through, but on the whole it’s a very enjoyable game. There are plenty of characters to put to work, and you’ll have to use their abilities well to ensure they are all being properly utilised. It’s a challenging game but well worth a play.
