Factorio is an interesting game that has you play as a person on a random planet, and all you have to do is build a base. You do it by mining resources, at first manually, then using machines to do it, and then to refine all the items into components, and then you can create machines that put those components together into more complex constructions. There’s no end point, and there is always something to do.
So much fun.
Lots to do.
Music feels weirdly foreboding.
I staved off playing Factorio for the longest time, and now I have no idea why. It’s terrific fun, even just to chill out to. When you learn how things work and the best way of putting automations together, you’ll get a good feeling about yourself. Definitely worth it.
