The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, is the fourth game in the Elder Scrolls series, originally released in 2006 by Bethesda. It puts you in the continent of Cyrodiil, with a threat of Oblivion gates opening and Daedric gods ready to take over.
Improved combat and spells.
Fun quests to do.
New AI was impressive.
World was a bit shallow.
Interactions with people weren’t as good as Morrowind.
Oblivion was a decent game – a step up in many ways from Morrowind, but also a step back in many other ways. The combat was vastly improved, as was the AI, but the world felt a lot more shallow. It’s still a decent game, and with a few mods is just as good as some of the other titles out there today. Worth playing!
