Ion Fury – the retro-inspired jaw-dropping shooter created within the Build engine – was set to be updated by the end of the month with all sorts of upgrades, gameplay fixes, and bonus additions to the game. Since the highly-anticipated add-on Ion Fury: Aftershock is on its way, this update is essentially preparation for its release.
The talented team at Voidpoint Studios has announced that the game has been delayed, but only for a short amount of time. As they jokingly announced in a Twitter post, the beta testers “are better at breaking the game than we are”, so they’ll be taking a bit of additional time to give it some extra polish.
We can expect the new update sometime next week. Hopefully, that’ll be enough time for the team to get everything sorted out.
