My Hero Academia: The Strongest Hero To Be Released In English This Spring | News

Ready to be a Plus Ultra hero? There’s a new title based on the popular shonan anime franchise My Hero Academia to be officially released in English. It was originally released in Japan in December 2020, but now English-speaking fans will be able to join in on the villian-clobbering fun.

The news was revealed recently in a joint announcement from dubbing company Funimation and Sony Pictures Television Games. My Hero Academia: The Strongest Hero will be released this spring on iOS and Android. It’ll be available in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Scandinavia, and both North and Latin America.

The title is an open-world action RPG set in the expansive My Hero Academia universe. In its story mode, you’ll be able to form your own fighting teams to take on villains from the series. Multiplayer modes will also be available, meaning players can brawlwith one other, or team up in Allied Assault co-op mode. Monthly updates will offer bonus content, too.

Excited? Be sure to pre-register for the title!
